Dress code for the seminar - Workout clothes and athletic shoes; bring a mat or large towel. No crop tops & no offensive wording/pictures on clothing.

Please park in the CHP front parking lot, on the street, or across the street at the plaza. Do not park in the multi-tiered parking structure next door; they lock the gate at 6 pm and it won't open up until the next morning.
