I am so excited to announce that i am going to hold this �� ��Women's healing circle�����Saturday 24th August 2024
1:15-3:15pm�
Come and join me on this healing experience and reconnect with your mind, body and soul at the beautiful Soul Barns Wellness centre in Mortimer/RG7 3PS,Nightingale Lane/
This immerse session is designed to promote your overall wellbeing offering a blend of Reiki, meditation, sound healing, yoga, creative expression, crystals to help you find balance and restoration.
You can expect:
�A small supportive circle of no more than 11 people,
�to meet beautiful aspects of yourself on the healing journey
�to connect with thoughts and emotions that may have been hidden.
�Safe place free of judgement, competition, expectation, pressure or noise.
��The healing journey will be led by myself and will include a
�Welcome Drink,
�Sound bath and other sound tools,
�Meditation
�Positive Affirmations,Mantras,
�Each person will receive 1:1 Reiki,
�Gentle yoga movement for tuning in,
�Herbal tea and oracle cards,
�Setting intentions for creating and ritual for letting go
�Group game
�Free gift bag
�Gratitude and Goodbyes
All welcome, There is no experience needed for you to attend this circle and coming with an open heart is always enough.�
This is a private event and spaces are limited so booking is essential, please message me for more information or to book your place.
There will be no admittance �
Each person will receive a free gift bag �
Please bring cushions and blankets if you have favorites for comfort, although there will be mats supplied.
