This Circle takes place on New Moon in Cancer. The water sign of Cancer invites us to feel into our emotions. The key is to expect all the feels and accept all the feels! The challenge is to let emotions pass through and not stagnate. We can use the Energy of this New Moon to work on the flow of emotions.

This Sisterhood circle is a time to leave behind the scars of bitchiness and judgement. We express as much or little as we want to, knowing we are in a safe space. Anything we don’t get a chance to express in daily life is welcome here. We are here to connect and heal, share our dreams, to celebrate the wins and hold each other through the losses.

This is a secure container where you are welcome to be completely yourself however you feel on the day. Please note you will need to bring a yoga mat to comfortably sit/lay on the floor. We have limited spaces so please book on to secure your spot if you feel called to join us!

Any ladies over 16 welcome! Familiarity with these healing approaches is not required at all just an openness to experience them. Please let me know if you don't have a yoga mat, I may have a spare I can lend you.
