You have been told to just breathe your whole life.
Nobody ever taught you how.
This is a two-hour women's circle built around one of the most accessible nervous system regulation tools you have, your breath.
Not a yoga class. Not a meditation retreat. A real, grounded evening of nervous system education and somatic practice, where you actually try things in your body and leave knowing what works for yours specifically.
What we cover:
· Why your breath changes when everything feels like too much, and that it's not a flaw
· Why deep breathing sometimes makes anxiety worse, not better
· Five different breath practices to find the one or two your nervous system responds to
· How to use breath as an anchor when things get hard, anywhere, anytime
What to expect:
Doors open at 11:15. Tea, soft music. We begin at 11:30 with a gentle check-in and move through teaching and practice together.
We close with a Reiki blessing and time to linger.
