At the Y, our mission is to help build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. In light of the alarming overdose statistics in our area, the Y wants to help parents, employers, and churches understand the opioid epidemic and give concrete ways to help prevent prescription drug misuse and abuse. We're hosting a FREE opioid abuse prevention awareness day to anyone who would like to come. There will be food provided as well as access to the YMCA and our hydromassage bed after the event.
