Join us for Women’s Freedom Dance in Kyogle– an empowering space to reconnect with yourself and others through conscious movement and free-form dance.
💃 What to Expect:
A welcoming, safe environment for women to explore movement and release stress.
Inspiring music to guide your journey of self-expression.
A supportive community focused on connection, joy, and self-care.
No dance experience is needed! This is about moving in a way that feels right for you.
📅 When: Fortnightly Wednesdays starting 12th Feb
📍 Where: 14 Bloore St, Kyogle, Uniting Church Fellowship Hall (across the road from the Library) Parking on street or behind Church.

About Your Facilitator:
Michelle is a certified Dancing Freedom facilitator with over six years of experience creating safe, sacred spaces for deep healing through movement. Rooted in the belief that dance is medicine, her workshops guide participants to release stored emotions and reconnect with their true essence. Using the elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—as a compass, she helps others unlock awareness, restore balance, and ignite inner transformation. With a warm, intuitive presence, Michelle fosters a heart-centered space where women can move, heal, and rediscover their innate wisdom.
