Clare Lucas
A multi-award-winning business consultant and founder of Ducks In A Row, an Ipswich-based outsourcing and business support agency. She works one-to-one with business owners on strategy, helping them clarify priorities, strengthen systems and identify opportunities for growth, while her experienced virtual assistance team delivers the practical support across projects, events, marketing and business management. Clare also runs the Entrepreneurs Round Table, bringing business owners together to share challenges, gain insight and support each other’s growth.
WORKSHOP
Soulma Hosany
A qualified Psychology Coach and experienced dance teacher who combines her passion for South Asian music, culture and movement to empower women through holistic wellbeing. Her BollySoul sessions invite participants to dance, breathe, release and heal while building confidence, connection and joy.
