Empowered Women Empower Women - Ipswich

It's our 2 year anniversary, this is our 24th Empowered Women event!
We are welcoming Justine De Mierre storyteller, improviser and facilitator for this a session around play as sanctuary "The Life-Changing Magic of Making Stuff Up".
As adults, we're often encouraged to be productive, responsible and focused on outcomes. Yet play, storytelling and imagination have the power to transport us beyond the everyday and reconnect us with creativity, possibility and ourselves.
In this session, storyteller, improviser and facilitator Justine de Mierre explores what happens when we give ourselves permission to step into imagined worlds - and what we might bring back with us for our lives, work and wellbeing
There will be an opportunity to take part in a few gentle, playful improv activities. No acting experience required, just curiosity and a willingness to join in as much as feels comfortable.
Ticket also includes:
