Breakout Sessions
A Sound Healing Journey
Presented by Angela Miele
Experience the transformative power of Sound Healing for peace and relaxation. It restores balance in mind, body, and spirit by harmonizing discordant frequencies that disrupt wellbeing. Utilizing instruments like drums, crystal singing bowls, and chimes, it offers benefits such as reduced pain, improved energy, decreased stress, enhanced focus, and a sense of calm. Sound healing frequencies stimulate the vagus nerve and calm the CNS resulting in a parasympathetic state, allowing healing to take place. Spiritually, it connects you with your inner knowing and guidance. To participate, lie down or sit comfortably, bringing a yoga mat or blanket, as it resembles a meditation session.

The 7S’s For Transformation: Supporting Metabolism, Hormones, and Long-Term Health
Presented by Elisa Allen
Lasting health doesn’t come from doing more—it comes from doing the right things consistently. In this talk, Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Specialist Elisa Allen introduces the 7 S’s for Transformation: Sleep, Sunlight, Steps, Strategic Nutrition, Strength Training, Stress Management, and Self-Awareness.
Designed for busy women, this framework cuts through overwhelm and focuses on the foundational habits that support metabolism, hormones, energy, and sustainable results. Attendees will walk away with practical, realistic strategies they can apply immediately—without restriction, extremes, or burnout.
----------
Discovering a “YOU”nique Style
Presented by Keshia McDonald
One’s style should be a reflection of their personality. When it comes to our dreams, ambitions, personal goals, and careers, we tend to own them confidently. So why, when it comes to fashion, do we hold back? Is it fear of how others will perceive us—or uncertainty about how to truly own the style we’re drawn to?
Join Keshia for a breakout session that challenges those doubts. She’ll walk you through simple staple pieces that elevate your everyday look, show how small adjustments can transform what you’re already wearing, and—most importantly—encourage you to step into your confidence and just wear the thing.
----------
Women Leading Change: Tools for Civic Action
Presented by Brianna Rybka
Democracy works best when people feel confident using their voice, but knowing how to take action can feel overwhelming. In this interactive breakout session, participants will explore what civic engagement looks like beyond voting and practice turning real-world challenges into meaningful action. Through a hands-on scenario activity and a practical civic action toolkit, attendees will learn how to identify opportunities for impact, choose effective strategies, and collaborate with others to influence decisions at the local and state level. Participants will leave feeling empowered, informed, and ready to take concrete steps to strengthen their communities and our democracy.
----------
