Women’s Ecstatic Dance: A Sacred Space for Movement & Healing

Step into a nurturing, all-female environment where you can fully express yourself through the power of free-form movement. Our in-person Women’s Ecstatic Dance event is a unique opportunity to release stress, connect with your body, and experience the joy of dance in a safe, supportive space.

The Dance will be lovingly facilitated with a live DJ set by Danielle Mae (DJ Maeya) who will also guide you through embodiment practices to help ease you into the dance.

Here, there’s no choreography, no judgment—just the freedom to move in any way that feels right for you. It is accessible for all women of any age or experience. You do not need to have any dance experience as it is all led by your own intuition!

What you won’t find here:

• No men – This is a women-only event, created to foster a deep sense of sisterhood and support.
• No alcohol – We focus on natural, conscious movement, so you can connect with your body fully.
• No judgment – Everyone is welcome, no matter your dance experience or how you choose to move.
