The first circle of 2026!
I have now opened the space for pre-teen and above young women to attend with their grownup which has enhanced the magic of the space massively! No extra fee for young women, just let me know they are attending.
A space for coming together, slowing down, finding stillness and balance as the day and night do the same.
What the Evening Will Hold
Opening Intentions
We’ll begin by settling into the space, creating a sense of safety and shared presence as we align with our intentions for the evening.
Cacao Ceremony
In meditation and through song we will call in the energy of Cacao Sita while drinking her magic elixir.
Sharing Circle
We’ll open space for heartfelt sharing. All parts of you are welcome here. Whether you prefer to sit in silence and listen to the other women’s stories or share from your deepest parts of yourself.
Guided Practice
I’ll guide you through a meditation or intentional practice to help you come home to yourself and the quiet wisdom within.
Reflection & Closing
We’ll close with gentle reflection and shared gratitude, carrying the warmth of the circle back into our lives.

This monthly circle is a space to return to yourself, to rest in community, and to nourish what truly matters.
