Women's Circle with Sound & Voice
About this Event
Who is this for? This event is for all people who identify as female.
What will we do? We will come together in a cosy circle, slow down, connect to our bodies and senses, share in a group and activate our voices:
~ Opening
~ Guided meditation
~ Soundbath relaxation
~ Sharing
~ Voice activation with harmonium
~ Closing
Where: Spielraum, Marchlewskistraße 33, 10243 Friedrichshain (near Frankfurter Tor, U5, M10). The door opens directly to the street.
When: 23 Juni 2026, 7.30-9.30 pm. Doors open at 7:15 pm(come a few minutes early to settle in)
Cost: Donation based to help us cover the room fee. We suggest 10-15 EUR.
What to bring: Warm socks and a bottle or cup that closes securely. We will provide yoga mats and cushions, tea and water.

Lindsey, mum of 1 5y old, systemic holistic coach and mental health coach
Betty, mum of 2, multidisciplinary host of yin yoga, singing circles.
