What to Expect
This is a deeper experience of self love. It's about how you meet yourself, learning to soften judgment, build compassion, and see yourself with more honesty and grace.
We’ll move through light movement, breathwork, reflection, and optional sharing. This space is here to help you release what you’ve been holding, reconnect with your body, and shift the way you relate to yourself.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, with a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself, and the opportunity to connect with other women in a real, genuine space.
