Join us for a nurturing gathering of women coming together to slow down, reconnect, and support one another.
About this Event

Join the Women’s Circle Novato!

Looking for a cozy space to connect, share, and grow? In honor of the May new moon, we will take a moment to reflect, set intentions, and connect to our hearts as we welcome new beginnings. Together we will explore:

  • Guided Meditation
  • Gentle Mindful Movement
  • Open sharing in a supportive circle
  • Connect with yourself and other women

This is an in-person gathering. This is a welcoming and safe space for women of all ages.

No experience with meditation or movement is needed.

Light snack and tea provided.

Yoga mat and blanket provided - but feel free to bring your own.

Event is Hosted by Adi Maron-Katz and Dalit Broner.

Adi Maron- Katz is a certified yoga teacher

Dalit Broner is a certified NeuroMovement practitioner, as well as in yoga and breathwork.
