🌸 Women’s Circle: Loving Boundaries: The Courage to Choose Yourself 🌸
Saying yes with intention, saying no with kindness, and releasing the need to overexplain.
Many of us have learned to care for others so deeply that we sometimes lose touch with our own needs. We say yes when we’re already stretched thin, soften our no with apologies, or search for just the right explanation to make everyone comfortable.
This circle is an invitation to pause, listen inward, and explore what it means to honor yourself while remaining openhearted.
Together, we’ll reflect on:
🌿 Recognizing the difference between a wholehearted yes and a yes born of guilt or obligation. 🌿 Saying no with warmth, clarity, and self-respect. 🌿 Allowing others to have their feelings without making those feelings ours to fix. 🌿 Releasing the need to justify every choice. 🌿 Making room for rest, joy, and relationships that honor our limits.
Through gentle reflection and heartfelt sharing, we’ll explore the courage it takes to trust our own needs—and give ourselves permission to respond to them.
You are welcome whether boundaries feel familiar, uncomfortable, or entirely new. Share as you feel called, or simply listen and receive.
Come as you are. Your needs belong in the circle, too. 💗

🏵️ Women's Circle Mission Statement: We are a sacred community of women, united in our commitment to support, empower, and nurture one another on our personal journeys of growth, healing, and transformation. Our circle is a sanctuary—a safe, welcoming space where women can gather to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences, challenges, and triumphs without judgment.
🌸 Through our sisterhood, we offer deep listening and heartfelt connection, creating a nurturing environment where each woman can explore her truth and be seen, heard, and valued. We hold space for personal and collective healing, embracing each woman's unique path and honoring the wisdom she carries.
🌼Together, we uplift and inspire each other as we walk the path of "soul work," encouraging authenticity, self-discovery, and self-love. As a sacred cheering squad, we stand in full support of one another’s illumination, personal growth, and well-being, fostering a community rooted in compassion, empowerment, and spiritual connection.
🥀We believe in the power of sisterhood, where women rise together—strengthened by shared vulnerability, wisdom, and love—transforming ourselves and the world around us.
🌻COVID-19, RSV, Flu Precautions: If you have fever, cough, aches, please consider staying home to rest. There will always be more opportunities. You may choose to wear a mask, we have several here for you to share.
🪻Children: We ask that you do not bring children to circle. At times, the nature of our discussions are very personal, graphic and are adult in nature. Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.
