Being your own hero doesn’t mean doing everything alone or always being strong. Sometimes courage looks like asking for help, honoring a boundary, beginning again, or taking one small step toward a long-held dream.
Through reflection, conversation, and the wisdom we share in circle, we’ll explore:
✨ Recognizing the courage and resilience already within us
✨ Releasing old stories that limit what we believe is possible
✨ Listening to our needs, hopes, and inner wisdom
✨ Choosing one meaningful step toward the life we want to create
