Living with fibroids, heavy bleeding, hormonal imbalances, or ongoing reproductive health concerns can feel isolating. Many women carry the physical pain and emotional weight quietly. This gathering is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and be surrounded by women who understand.

The intention of this circle is acceptance.

Acceptance of our bodies as they are.

Acceptance of the journeys we are on.

Acceptance of the emotions that come with healing.

Together we will create a safe and supportive space to slow down and reconnect with ourselves through:

✨ Open sharing and supportive listening

✨ Grounding practices to nurture the body and mind

✨ Community with women walking similar paths

You do not need to have the “right words” or a perfect healing story. You are welcome exactly as you are.
