Every four weeks Wednesday is our monthly women’s support circle.7.30pm- 9.30pm at Studio F13 The Old Bakery - Truro
£16pp max 8 people.
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and eye mask.
The circle is run in two parts:
✨ The first part is a gentle, supportive sharing circle, a space where we each have time to speak, be heard, and connect with the other women in the group. There’s no pressure to share anything too personal, just whatever feels right for you. It’s all about being seen, supported, and held without judgment.
🌀 The second part is a beautiful blend of sound healing and guided hypnotherapy/visualisation. I guide you into a deeply relaxing meditative state using breath, music, and words, helping you access your inner wisdom, release old energy, and visualise the version of you you’re stepping into.
It’s a nourishing evening designed to support your emotional well-being, self-connection, and soul alignment. Every circle is a little different depending on the energy in the space, but they’re always heartfelt, real, and powerful 💛
