About this Event
Join this intentional women's circle for an evening of reflective sharing, listening, support, inspiration, and connection.❤️
We will start the night by grounding into a guided meditation, then open the circle for intentional and reflective sharing on different prompts, following with free flowing dancing, as this always helps to release any energy in the body after sharing or expressiong our emotions.
You are welcome to partake in what feels best for you, and you're not obligated to do anything but be present if you wish.
Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to sit on.
Doors open at 6pm.
Event begins at 6:30pm.
Pricing for this event is pay what you can within the sliding scale of $20-$40
