Puppy Pilates

Join Dr Nikki of Latitude Movement for a paws-itively fun time at Blackbox Wellness!
This class is designed to give you a gentle introduction to Pilates, with a fun twist - puppy obstacles! While the pups play and hang with you, engage your whole body for this strengthening & lengthening workout.

Not a Pilates princess? You are welcome to hang on your mat, take breaks, and just engage with the puppies! We do ask all participants to be aware of other students' experience, and avoid excess mingling during the class portion.
All levels are welcome, whether you're a pro or a beginner! Don't miss out on this unique experience to connect with furry friends and find your inner strength (and maybe even a new member of the family!)

Grab your mat and come join us for a tail-wagging good time!

What to expect:

*adorable puppies crawling on you as you are guided through an all-levels class

*maybe some puppy piddles which we will clean promptly

*a chance to bond with the pups and ask the fosters questions after class!

What to bring:

*yoga mat (please reach out in advance if you don't have one, and we will try to provide you with one!)

*water bottle

*a pawsitive attitude!

By registering for this event, attendees acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with yoga activities, myofascial-based movement guidance, and interaction with live rescue puppies. Puppies may jump, scratch, have accidents, or behave unpredictably. Attendees agree to participate responsibly and monitor their own safety at all times.

Attendees release and hold harmless Latitude Movement, BlackBox Wellness, the event instructors, volunteers, and the partnering rescue organization from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the event or interaction with the animals.

Attendees agree to behave respectfully, follow all event guidelines, and handle puppies gently and appropriately. Anyone engaging in unsafe or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave without refund.

Minors are permitted only with a parent or legal guardian present for the entire event. A minor participation waiver will be required at check-in and must be signed by the parent or legal guardian.

By entering the event, attendees understand that photos, videos, and audio recordings may occur. Attendance constitutes consent for Latitude Movement and BlackBox Wellness to use any images or recordings for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.
