Our Wellness Meeting is a calming, restorative space created to support your emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, tune in, and release what no longer serves you.

Each meeting includes:• Group Reflection: A guided discussion centered around a wellness theme, encouraging honest sharing, connection, and emotional release.• Journaling: Thought-provoking prompts to help you process your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and set personal intentions.• Breathwork: A gentle breathing practice to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and create space for emotional healing.
