Women's Circle: By Courage is Her Crown

The intention for this circle is to connect to our feminine energy and be able to share in a safe space. To honour each other by listening, and sharing if you feel called to do so.

In today's day and age, women need a place to connect more than ever. To let our guards down and be held space for; and to do the same for the women around us.

I will be leading a short guided meditation to open up the circle followed by time for each woman to share what is in their heart. We will hold space without interruption for the women beside us.

We will engage in some journaling prompts, an oracle card pull as well as a short sound bath to end off our time together.

Please Bring:

• A journal or note pad
• A yoga mat if you'd like (pillows are provided)
