This event is designed to give you room for voice or to give you the space to "just be" and listen. The aim is for the opportunity to release ANYTHING you wish to talk about in a confidential, warm and caring environment with there is NO judgement, opinions or advice offered but just the chance to lighten the load that you carry regarding ANY subject! However, there is no requirement to share as holding space for others and being a listening ear is just as important to the experience and greatly appreciated. Being an active listener can be just as fulfilling to the listener as it is to the person they are listening to. This gathering can offer empowerment, emotional release, trust and valuable connection to other women from all walks of life.
Sometimes we carry the weight of the world on our shoulders with responsibilities, worries, traumas, loneliness and an array of other things that cause us stress. Therefore it's so important to air these feelings so they don't stay in our bodies and cause illness. Although this is a space where you can completely be yourself and air all your difficulties, remember that joy is also very welcome - we celebrate and support together for the positives shared!
