- 2:15-2:45 - Talking Circle: Challenges and hopes for the coming year
- 2:45-3:10 - Anointing Circle: Empowering ourselves to bring light to everything we say and do
- 3:10 - 3:30pm - Reflection
Why this is a great gathering:
* Our energies are better when we are together
* Gathering with open hearted people is key to self care
* There is only support and safety here, no judgement
* This class is best suited for adults 18 years and older
* Cozy layered clothing or a extra blanket is suggested as you may feel cooler as your body relaxes
