In this potent 2-hour workshop, Anya Light will guide participants into a deeper connection with the amazing potential of their own body to heal. She will share 5 transformative principles that she learned during her 14-year journey of regaining her health after life-threatening illness.
Combining metaphysical wisdom with practical knowledge of holistic health strategies, plus a dash of humor as always, Anya will guide the group into a collective energy field of deep trust in the power of intuition...for, indeed, it is only by aligning with our natural intuition that Reiki (the vital life energy) will most effectively energize the human body for a fulfilling, joyful existence.
This workshop is meant to support anyone who wishes to attain greater physical strength and vitality, including those beautiful souls who are currently in the process of healing chronic and acute illness, those who wish to gain the tools necessary to release minor illnesses (colds, flus, etc.) with more ease, as well as for holistic healers and caregivers who are supporting clients & loved ones.
Please bring a notebook and pen with you to class. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes in advance of the start time, so we may settle in together with hearts united.
