Women's Circle & Cyclical Living

As humans, we are woven into the rhythms of nature, moving through her cycles just as she does. As women, our bodies mirror these rhythms, flowing through four distinct seasons—each one aligning with the earth’s natural dance. The seasons of the feminine.

Reclaiming our inner power and wisdom begins with reclaiming our bodies, honoring the ebb and flow we get to experience each month. When we attune to these cycles, we remember their unique gifts—each phase offering its part to the wisdom, intuition, and deep transformation that unfolds across the full cycle. 

Our cycle is a powerful tool for manifestation. When we attune to its rhythms, it reveals what’s no longer in alignment, guiding us to release, dream, and take action at the right time. 

Join us in sisterhood for a workshop where we explore these cycles in an embodied way, reconnecting with our inner knowing and the natural flow of creation.

Join us in circle where you can reconnect to your natural self by slowly, in a safe container, showing and speaking your truth. Sharing our journey brings us closer together, not only to ourselves but also to those around us.

About the facilitator

Jil is a Hypnosis & Breathwork Coach, and facilitator of embodied spaces. She’s offering spaces of transformation in one-on-one and group settings. She loves gathering women and creating spaces where everyone feels free to uncover and express their most authentic selves. Her circles are influenced by her own experiences and practices using hypnosis, breathwork, and ceremonial cacao. Practices that allow us to land deeper within ourselves and align with our female, cyclic nature.
