About this Event
DNA. Art Club presents ''Rhythmic Awakening: Breathe & Dance"
Our teacher Sebastiaan provides 30 minutes of meditation & breathwork followed by 1 hour of dance.
A guided journey of breath, movement, and energy activation. We begin with meditation and breathwork to ground and open the body, followed by free-flowing dance and rhythm, allowing energy to move naturally. This is a space to connect with yourself, awaken your senses, and express freely through movement.
No experience needed—just bring your breath, your body, and your presence
LGBTQ+ individuals and allies are warmly welcome.
