🔥 Ecstatic Dance Ritual - New Space, XBerg🔥
We’re back! Following the amazing vibes at Wendstatic Dance and my dance in Peru we’re starting something new.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a freeform, improvisational dance practice where participants move intuitively to a dynamic wave of music, flowing through different energies and rhythms. Guided by a DJ or live musicians, the journey starts gently, builds to an energetic peak, and gradually returns to stillness. This immersive experience encourages self-expression, mindfulness, and deep connection, creating a space for joy, release, and transformation.
No experience is needed just come and enjoy!
The event is fully smoking and substance free!
Flow:
19:20 - Doors open and welcome
19:30 - Dance begins with a short meditation
21:30 - Sound healing with live music and community time
If money is an issue, please reach out – everyone is welcome!
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes.
A water bottle – refill stations are available.
