What would it feel like to slow down enough to hear yourself again?

Summer can carry a fast and expansive energy. There can be pressure to fill our calendars and make the most of every moment. While that energy can feel joyful and alive, it can also leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted.

And it’s often in the stillness that clarity emerges — where we reconnect with our center, listen to our bodies, and remember what actually fills us up. This circle is an invitation to slow down and tune inward, noticing what surfaces when we give ourselves permission to pause.

Through ceremony, embodied movement, meditation, journaling, and intentional sharing, we’ll explore what it means to create more stillness in our lives so we can move through summer with greater presence, intention, and ease.

This circle holds space for 8 women, including Claire, the facilitator.

I prioritize intimacy because we believe it fosters deeper connections.

Location details: This circle will be held at Claire's House in La Jolla. The address will be provided in your confirmation email. There is plenty of street parking available, and you'll be two blocks from the beach, so bring your suit for a post-circle swim!
