USE OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOS

Women's CEO Summit/The CEO Woman and its stakeholders, sponsors, and partners may take photographs and videos of attendees, workshops, and social functions during, before and after the summit. Registering and attending the Women’s CEO Summit allows you to be photographed and videotaped. Furthermore, you permit photographs/video recordings of you to be used in promotional marketing collateral by the Women's CEO Summit and The CEO Woman.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations and refund requests will be honored if notification via email is sent to The CEO Woman at [email protected] till August 25, 2026, 5pm EST. A $35 nonrefundable processing fee will be deducted from individual refunds. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Registrants may send a substitute with their event ticket if they cannot attend, but must notify event producers no later than 7 days from the event date. Contact [email protected] to confirm the new registrant’s name and registration information.

The CEO Woman reserves the right to substitute speakers and programming without notice. If for any reason the event is canceled, full registration refunds will be issued within 15 business days after cancellation. The CEO Woman assumes no responsibility for event related travel expenses.
