This evening is designed for women who give a lot — to their families, their work, and their communities — and don’t always take the time to be poured back into themselves. It’s a space to be supported, encouraged, and refilled.
Through conversation and connection, we’ll explore what it looks like to support your own nervous system so you can continue showing up fully in the areas of life that matter most.
This event is open to both new and existing patients, as well as any woman interested in learning more about how Fully Alive can support her health and well-being.
