Your body knows the difference between true calm and just "holding it together." This workshop helps you attune to the subtle (and not-so-subtle) signs of nervous system regulation and dysregulation in your own system.
We'll explore what safety actually feels like in your body, how to recognize when you're in survival mode, and gentle practices to support yourself back to center.
You'll develop a deeper trust in your body's inherent wisdom.

What are Wellness Workshops?
Wellness Workshops are FREE and family-friendly.
Each Wellness Workshop focuses on one of our four pillars: Brain Based Chiropractic, Gut Healing & Nutrition, Retraining & Movement, and Brain Based Thinking & Parenting.
Wellness Workshops are offered every week on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:00pm with the exception of holidays and special dates.
Wellness Workshops are open to the public. You do not need to be a patient at Fully Alive to attend.

Meet Your Educator:
Lynn is a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly a DECADE of experience supporting clients across Michigan, Illinois, and New York.
She specializes in working with Moms who find themselves at a crossroads—realizing that the coping strategies that once helped them manage are no longer effective for the life they’re living now. Many of her clients feel stuck, uncertain of how to move forward or what needs to change.
With warmth and compassion, Lynn partners with her clients to gently explore the deeper connections between their personal history, current lifestyle, and emotional well-being.
Her integrative approach honors both mind and body, drawing on her advanced training as a certified Somatic EMDR practitioner and an Integrative Mental Health Counselor.
Clients come to Lynn not only for her clinical expertise, but for her ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where meaningful change feels possible.
If you're ready to understand yourself more deeply, heal from within, and move forward with clarity and confidence, Lynn offers the guidance and support to help you get there.
