Join our FREE community wellness classes focused on mental and physical health. Classes will include workout sessions, outdoor walks, meditation, and community-building. The venue is The Discovery Center, where we will enjoy beautiful views of the reservoir in Fairmount Park.

For 2026, we are primarily offering yoga thanks to our volunteer and certified instructor, Jessica, who provides yoga for veterans at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle for this class.
