Come and join me and a small group (up to 10 women max) for a 45 mins outdoors strength class that will help you feel confident and capable. Together we will work on your strength, mobility, balance and a little bit of cardio too. Come as you are, no equipment needed.
These classes are aimed at women who are not a fan of the gym, worried about doing it wrong, injuring yourself or simply not sure where to start with your own strength training. We work to your own level of ability, with lots of ideas for modifications. We also have lots of fun.
Every week we focus on a different skill - so far we've worked on balance, crawling, bone health (our wrists, ankles) and grip strength. You're likely to get your heart rate up.
We will also have time to share a coffee, tea afterwards too.
