WOMEN ONLY Mental Health Peer Support Group (Small Group)

Come join our Women Only Mental Health Peer Support Group where you can connect with others facing similar challenges. This small group meeting will run for SIX weeks at a time, (from 4th Oct) and will provide a safe space for you to share experiences, offer support, and discuss strategies for managing mental health.

Do you have depression, anxiety, problems with periods, problems with menopause, talk about family issues, life in general, whatever is on your mind.
No need to go through it alone - let's come together and help each other out.
