Women+ Only - Cycle Confidence Coaching Intermediate SessionAlready a semi regular/regular rider but keen to feel more confident on roads? This session is for women+ who cycle often but want to improve their road positioning, communication, and control essential for commuting, school runs, or errands around town.
In this traffic free skills session, Alex Aiken, qualified female cycle coach, will guide you through:
- How to ride more assertively and predictably
- Practicing safe manoeuvres and signalling techniques
- Building confidence for junctions and urban cycling
- Planning your routes and preparing for solo or group rides
The goal: Feel strong, confident and ready for the road even if you're still in the car park (for now)!
Cost shouldn't be a barrier.
We’re asking just £5 for this heavily funded, 2-hour coaching session – an incredible value – but we understand that even this can be a stretch sometimes. If money’s a barrier, please don’t hesitate to get in touch – we’re here to help, no questions asked.
