Designed with you in mind, the W.O.W event offers a unique experience! It brings women of all ages together for a half-day, interactive event focused on community, dialogue, and elevated awareness, featuring an energetic lineup of health and wellness experts from across SF. Attendees will hear a panel discuss the trending topic of hormonal balance and perimenopause, and can join optional, intentional workshops showcasing various health practices aimed at awakening your body, broadening your mind, renewing your spirit, and enhancing your aura!
