Women Navigating Life Transitions Retreat

This in-person event is all about empowering women to embrace change and find strength in every phase of life. Together we will unite through ritual & crafts to support us in honoring the love that is or was there, while creating beauty from what we are or have navigated through transitioning us to something new. 

The last few years have been a deeply transformative time for me as I had the courage & support to get a divorce leaving the safe & comfortable life I thought I always wanted.  I had tried to do the same thing 10 years earlier, but I didn't have the support or the courage to choose me above the noise of everyone else's opinions. 

As I navigated the divorce, while letting go of being the good wife, mother (to my dogs), daughter, sister & more I had to expand beyond all the images I was trying to live up to.  I was done with being good & settling for enough.  I noticed that because of all the work I had done leading up to & through this major life event I navigated the transition with more ease than I saw others around me navigating a similar experience.

I see now that the community, rituals & crafts I did supported me to create beauty, while continuing to expand into the unknown and what else was possible beyond the life society & my family approved of.  And now I want to share that with other women that are navigating a transition.

I found that traditional cord cutting was so cold and didn't fully honor the love that was there nor was something beautiful created to represent it all.
