Women in Song: A Celebration of Voices That Shaped Music
Get ready for an amazing in-person experience celebrating the powerful voices of women! Women In Song brings together talented female artists to share their stories and tunes in a cozy, welcoming space.
Join us on Wednesday October 28th from 6-8pm in celebration of Women’s History Month for an inspiring evening celebrating the power, influence, and artistry of women in music. Women in Song features live performances by Rhonda and guests, highlighting iconic songs by groundbreaking female artists who have shaped generations of music. Enjoy a dynamic musical set featuring hits from legends such as Cher, Cyndi Lauper, Melissa Etheridge, Lee Ann Womack, and Stevie Nicks.
Beyond the music, the evening will feature:
- Community tables hosted by local women’s organizations and advocacy groups
- Interactive displays & demos
- Opportunities to connect with local initiatives supporting girls and women across York Region
This event offers a meaningful and engaging way to recognize Women’s History Month through music, community, and storytelling.
