Holiday Stories: YRCC 2026 Winter Concert

Storytelling Through Song: Did you know that Frosty the Snowman was a song before it was the animated film we watch every year? Before the film, before the picture books, we had a song. Many of the songs of this holiday season have been sung for generations. What songs are sung or listened to in your home in December? Are there movies you watch every year? We’re going to sing songs from How the Grinch Stole Christmas and The Sound of Music! We’re singing songs that tell the stories of this season: Christmas, Hanukkah, Hockey, Winter,…Come with cash and an appetite.
