This is a calm, supportive space to connect, kōrero, listen, or simply be — alongside others who understand.
There’s no pressure to share and no expectation to attend every month 💬🤍

We understand life gets busy, and some days you may not feel up to being around others. That’s okay.
This group is self-sustaining, led by its members, and makes their own rules eg, there is no geographical limit.
