Join us for a well-rounded day of Women Healing Women: A Full Day of Healing and Health.

Explore a holistic approach to wellness that encompasses Eastern and Western perspectives on women's health nutrition yoga Ayurveda and financial wellness. Discover strategies for thriving through menopause cultivate deep healing and awareness through interactive experiences and integrate it all with a chakra meditation layered with the innovative healing potential of Tesla Light Healing.

This will be a dynamic day of depth and connection led by six amazing women.

9:00AM WOMEN’S YOGA TOOLBOX

This women's yoga practice is a holistic journey designed to restore balance release stress and support overall well-being. Through a combination of gentle movement breathwork meditation and relaxation techniques this session nurtures the body and mind. Designed to alleviate tension and cultivate mindfulness specific yoga poses combined with mindful breathing support hormone balance and reduce the effects of stress on the body. Bring props! Blocks straps blankets and bolsters (or pillows) will be helpful for the restorative segment of our practice.

11:00AM EASTERN TIPS ON WOMEN’S HEALTH

Through releasing and unwinding in compassion one can begin to heal. With over 15 years of healthcare expereinces she has treated diverse populations with conditions from autism brain injury and PTSD to HIV/AIDS sports injuries and mental health disorders. "I recognize that each patient’s healing process is unique due to lifestyle background and condition. I believe that genuine patient care without judgment is essential for personal success."

RINA KOYANI PHD

Rina Koyani earned her Ph.D. in Botany from India and has since embarked on a diverse scientific journey exploring various disciplines within biology and biotechnology. Currently she serves as a professor at the School of Pharmacy UTEP where her research is dedicated to target-specific drug delivery for breast and prostate cancer. Beyond the lab and classroom she is a yogi at heart embracing a holistic approach to life and well-being "I am dedicated to nurturing physical mental and spiritual well-being through yoga practices" explains Rina. "My teaching is rooted in the philosophy of yoga as a life-style emphasizing its integration into a daily routine for holistic well-being."
