A monthly gathering with studio owner, Karine.
Exploring embodied movement, slow flow & Yin Yoga, and of course delicious relaxation!
An opportunity to explore body and mind, connect to breath, and feel seen and heard by a community of women.
Soft and gentle, whilst at the same time empowering!
Based around the Lunar cycle, taking inspiration from nature and Earth based wisdom.
December will see us honour a new moon and a new month.
We will be exploring "wintering" as we move into the most Yin time of year - Winter.
Fully equipped studio with free herbal teas and sweet treats.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time to check in and settle down.
