What to bring-Please wear comfy clothes, bring a pillow, blanket, yoga mat, filled Water bottle, and eye cover. 💚💚💚
Please come scent and odor free. Keeping your scent minimal is helpful for others that might be sensitive to them. 💚💚
How things may go-
First I will offer my sound and meditation.
Then we will bring our thoughts, visions, emotions, manifestations into our creations.
Just allowing yourself to be present, still and create. No preplan. No expectations. Just let it go and flow.
Once we have opened the space to sound we will continue this mindful silence until we are done creating.
Sound portion 30 minutes.
Creative space 30 minutes.
Sharing optional at closing.
I will be offering a handcrafted tea and light snack for the creative space.
I will have creative supplies to share.
