Oh, the moon, how she moves me! We are so very connected to nature, and thus, we are connected to the ebb and flow of the moon and the sun. This monthly moon flow session is offered up to bring you more clarity, connection, and a deeper sense of self, with regard to your own ebb and flow. Each class will begin with some very simple grounding movement (chairs provided) and breathwork which will lead to a reading of one Major Arcana tarot card, chosen by the energy created by the group. Guests will then be offered a cup of ceremonial cacao, and a small snack to enjoy, as we go over this card in more detail. This is a lovely opportunity to truly dive deep into how this card resonates with each individual and how this common theme can connect us all.
Guests will then be guided through a 20-to-30-minute supporting meditation and sound healing based on the card reading and current cycle of the moon phase. This part of the class will begin with a small intermission for guests to get resettled, have a snack, and get comfortable. A restorative pose will be offered for a deeper meditation experience.
If time allows, small windows for sharing will be provided throughout the session.
Each session also includes the following
• Essential oils;
• Offering ceremonial cacao & a light snack (gluten free always);
• All props are provided;
• A small gift for guests to take home and create their own personal moon-minded ritual.
Post-Class Individual Tarot Readings: After the meditation closing, guests will be offered time and space for an individual reading. Please note that this means we might go past the 8pm mark so if you want an individual reading, a sign-up sheet will be provided before class starts. Each reading takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Opting out of this does not change the class registration price.
Ceremonial Cacao: This drink is infused using tea, honey, and cayenne. Dejah sources cacao locally through Olive O’Connell of AllLove Movement and then cuts and mixes it during class.
