In this live working session, Dr. Laryea explores social capital as an economic strategy for Black entrepreneurs and professionals — examining how relationships, networks, and community drive wealth building. Drawing from her book Black Capitalists: A Blueprint for What Is Possible, attendees will leave with a working framework for leveraging their social capital with intention. Every attendee receives a complimentary copy of Black Capitalists.

Info: The first of three curated small group experiences built to produce real professional value. Each session is designed around a specific type of connection — moving beyond surface-level introductions to build the kind of relationships that generate referrals, open doors, and expand influence.

Info: The second small group experience of the day. Each round introduces a new group of women entrepreneurs and professionals and a new activity designed to deepen engagement, surface resources, and create the kind of exchanges that translate into real opportunity.

By the close of this session attendees will have connected with multiple groups of accomplished women through three distinct experiences — each one designed to strengthen networks, uncover shared resources, and build professional relationships with long-term value.
