About this Event

In Ukraine and Palestine alone, nearly 8.8 million people are living under occupation. They face barriers to justice, accountability, health services, education, and much more. Women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals face particular challenges and often slip through the cracks in policy and humanitarian responses. This event will bring together speakers from four conflict situations to discuss the unique challenges of living under occupation.

Palestine: Amira Nimerawi, Co-founder & CEO, Health Workers 4 Palestine
