On Earth Day, we honor the earth as our mother by remembering that our wombs hold that same creative, cyclical, life-giving power!

Step into a sacred ceremonial space where we reconnect to both the earth beneath us and the fertile ground within us—our womb, our center, our source.

Just as the earth experiences seasons of growth, harvest, dormancy, and rebirth, so too does our womb hold cycles of creation, release, and renewal. Yet many of us have become disconnected—from the earth's rhythms and from our own inner landscape. This workshop is an invitation to remember, to return, to root back into both.

Through ceremony, sharing, and somatic practice, we'll journey together toward deeper embodiment, awakened pleasure, and reclaimed feminine wisdom—honoring our bodies as extensions of the earth herself.

This intimate introductory workshop invites you to explore and reconnect with your yoni (vagina) and cervix in a supportive community.

Together, we'll create a container to soften the layers of tension, numbness, and protection that may have built up in your most sacred space. Through sharing, ceremony, and gentle self-touch exploration, we'll journey toward deeper embodiment, awakened pleasure, and reclaimed inner knowing.

WHAT TO EXPECT

🌹 Sacred Witnessing & Shared Stories: We'll begin by gathering in circle to share your relationship with your body, name your blockages, and experience the healing power of being truly seen and held by other womb holders on the same journey.

☕️ Ceremonial Reconnection: Through a cacao ceremony, guided meditation, and intentional self-t0uch practices, you'll be supported in softening the armor around your womb and cervix, awakening sensation, and reclaiming your pIeasure.

❤️‍🔥 Womb Wisdom & Feminine Reclamation: This is a space to honor your body as sacred, to listen to the messages your yoni holds, and to remember the innate wisdom that lives in your feminine center—beyond shame, beyond numbness, beyond disconnection. We'll close with an integration circle to share, reflect, and honor the experiences that arose.

All levels of experience welcome. Come as you are, leave more connected to who you've always been.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement (Minimal/ Clothing Optional as well). Bring a water bottle and large towel and a 📓 journal.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Vanessa Velez-Panzella is a trauma-informed Psychedelic Integration, intimacy and relationship coach. With over a decade of experience studying tantra, psychedelic integration, and somatic practices, she bring a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern science to her teaching.

Through intimacy tools like psychedelic therapies, tantra, somatic, klnk and pIeasure healing Vanessa offers a compassionate approach rooted in trauma healing and nervous system regulation to develop deeper intimacy with ones self and intimate partners.
