• Circle Rituals: Engage in the sweeping of the circle, blessings with the elements (earth, water, fire, air), and casting and calling of the quarters.
• Interactive Learning and Discussions: Explore the rose and menstrual cycles through hands-on activities, group discussions, and reflective exercises.

• Closing Rituals: Participate in a grounding and releasing session, followed by a celebratory dance and closing of the circle.
