🌬️ Womb~Heart Breath (This is not breathwork for catharsis)
💡Nervous System techniques throughout the breathwork.
Both self-initiated methods and my facilitation.

The ambience is gentle, it is soft, and it is nourishing. Breathwork that is tender to invite you to enter the slowest pulse within you that creates a luscious migration of effortless breath to pervade your womb (energetic) and heart space. Suitable for both men and women.
